what I have been up to....

been busy here is some of my stuff lately, my 2 jobs are interfering with my craft (obsession) hobby....



this is my hair, not a craft project, just a picture that turned out neat! wow, my hair is curly....thanks grandma merezkothis is an ATC holder that I made for a swap....it was a little lunch box tin that I bought at the dollar store and it had those really gross boston baked beans candy in it...

CHURCH craft night proves productive!

Went to my new church last night for craft night, all 4 of us had a fun time. Here are 2 punchneedle (ATC sizes 2.5 x 3.5 inches) that I made last night! more to come,,,I am calling the ATC size punchneedle pieces "punchies" isnt that just so cute?

sadly, I think these may be the last flowers of the summer....good bye summer, I loved seeing what would pop up in my yard everyday...the orange daisy is my favorite

I finally "just did it" and bought paint for my bathroom. These are the before pics. I will take after pics when its all done. I had already put the painters tape up so that is the purple you see. right now the painting is done but I need to accessorize!

Saturday was a good mail day, but TODAY was better!!!
I received some crafty goodness from my partner who is still unknown in the secret craftster swap, here is what I got: some ATC doodads

some super warm slippers that I LOVE, perfect day for them too, it is rainy!



AND I also got a pringles can filled with such wonderful things from my ANGELan old bottle and ATC ephemera :)this is what the can looked like on the outside!!! I LOVE sunflowers :)

Secret Craftster swap

Here are the crafts I made for the Secret Craftster Swap on Craftster.org





all together:
a tree punch needle embroidery pin, a bookmark made from a book spine, a poly clay rubber stamped with a leaf stamp magnet, a star, heart and flowery polkadotted magnet frames and a little denim purse

she also said that she wanted to learn how to make ATCs so I sent an ATC kit with ribbon, scissors, glue stick, paper scraps, card covers, markers, embelishments and lots of hints on how to make ATCs

she said she loved it! :)

not much in the crafting front....

this is something growing by my gate...
I have heard people actually read this so I guess I should put something worth reading on here....hmmmm lets see, what have I done crafty lately? Not much. I am getting things ready for my yard sale so I have not had much time. I also got a new job at the Dev. Preschool (right back where I started 8 years ago) but getting paid much better and only working 15 hours a week, that leaves time to see clients in the afternoons.
I will see if I can dig up some old craft projects for your viewing pleasure....




I made a little ducky blanket for my friend Maria's baby shower and a monster for the big brother!
